Thank you for your interest in Tribes of Wondervale.

If you are a brick-and-mortar retail location, we have a short survey of some preliminary questions (below) to ensure that ToW is the right fit for your purchasing needs. In the message section, please be sure to tell us about your business and what you would intend to purchase.

Note: This survey is not a new account application. At this time, we are only accepting applications from brick-and-mortar retail locations. Surveys from online-only businesses or non-traditional retail setups, such as warehouses, office suites, or businesses operating within another business, will not be considered at this time.

We sincerely appreciate your interest and encourage you to check back periodically, as this policy may be subject to change. Please allow up to 10 business days for your submission to be reviewed before inquiring about its status. If your survey is approved, we will provide the next steps for the onboarding application process, which will include submitting a valid business license, photos of your location, a sales tax certificate, etc.

Do you have a state reseller permit or tax ID? All accounts MUST have a reseller permit, tax ID, or Federal EIN.
